It all started as an outlet. Around 7 or 8 years old Jay was in trouble in school a bit and didn’t feel like anyone would listen to him. Soon, he’d be writing about how he felt in the form of poetry. After “borrowing” a couple CD’s from his cousin (which included 2Pac, 8 Ball, and Erik B & Rakim), he felt connected to those artists.....
